+the dial was rusted, vintagely constructed

while i was home i thought it would be sweet to grab some pictures from when i was younger. it makes me laugh how many of them i have with sharon and beth and dad. mom must have often times been behind that camera. they are really lovely though and i thought i'd share a couple.

i am getting used to r.a. training week. it seems as though just as soon as i get used to something it will change. so day 5, almost day 6 of all day long training will soon change into welcome week, that will soon turn into the first week of school. then we'll hit some consistency. i've been longing for it. and happy.

"older chests reveal themselves like a crack in a wall. starting small, and grown in time. and we all seem to need the help of someone else to mend that shelf of too many books - read me your favorite line....like time, there's always time, on my mind."

"all we need is a little bit of momentum. break down these walls that we've built around ourselves. all we need is a little bit of inertia, breakdown and tell. breakdown and tell. that you are a fire deep in the tress when no one was looking. should i speak of this? you are the mirage in the distance that defies the heat of the desert. should i believe in you?"
